A boutique firm with a high-profile national construction practice is looking to expand in New York, Florida and Pittsburgh. It is interested in hiring construction litigation practitioners and teams to its partnership.

There is an expectation of three days a week in the office, which enables greater teamwork and mentorship of the next generation of leaders.
Who we’re looking for
- You are an established partner looking to join a construction boutique with a stellar reputation.
- You will need a portable book of business valued at $1m or more, from which you should expect to earn 35 to 45% annually.
- The firm is focused on client-side mandates, so a practice that is mostly insurer-led will not work.
